Canadian Resident Patients
The majority of services are covered by MSP, WSBC or ICBC. However, there are additional charges for some services; such as sick notes, insurance forms, missed appointments, telephone prescription renewals, specialized procedures and examinations, legal documents, and driver’s medicals. For example, the fee for an urgent telephone prescription renewal is $35.00.
Fee Schedule for Out-of-Country Patients
All out-of-country patients are uninsured and are required to pay for appointments at the time of care, we do not direct bill insurance companies.
Following your appointment our staff will provide you with the necessary documentation to give to your insurance company. Depending on the care that is required there may be additional fees, please contact us for details and rates. If emergency transportation to hospital is required, this would be billed by BC Ambulance directly to the patient.
Payments can be made by debit card—we do not accept cash payments.
No Show Fees
There will be a fee of $50.00 for any missed appointments.
