Want to book your appointment online? Existing patients can self-register and make appointments through the STEPS Pomelo Patient Portal . Please note that this platform currently only supports telehealth bookings. If you want to come in clinic or yours booking an urgent concern please call the office. 788-644-0635.

Your Sun Peaks Pomelo Account will be inactive as of April 18th, 2023. You will receive
an invitation to register with the new STEPS Pomelo on April 26, 2023. Or click on the link above if did not receive this email. Use the “Help Me” Chat bubble for support on the Pomelo platform.

How to book your Telehealth appointment:

1. Select a day and time that fits your schedule.

2. Complete “additional details” box with:

–   a short description of your concern (please limit it to one to two concerns per appointment. Only one appointment per day.)

– phone number to best reach you for your appointment time.

3. Submit for approval!

Please call the clinic for urgent concerns or to book to see the doctor in the clinic.  This is for phone calls only.

Your appointment may be cancelled if you do not complete the above criteria.
